Biscuit cooling conveyor is required to handle and cool the biscuits naturally under ambient temperature in most economical way without using any artificial air etc. design: the cooling conveyors are designed according to the ambient temperature and space available after oven. It may be in multiple tiers and turns to save the space in the factory. The biscuits are cooled from top and bottom sides by turning on each tier without disturbing their individual lanes coming out of the oven. The conveyors can be supplied with ‘u’ and ‘l’ type turn tables for efficient space utilization. size: as per the length and width of the oven ranging between 800mm – 2000mm wide. salient features: plc controlled with vfd and hmi display, fully automatic, auto pneumatic web tracking control system.
