Through a mindful practice tailored to holistically create a personal program, the focus is on adapting yoga to the individual. Rather than trying to fit into a popularized system of practice, yogi sivadas has modified his classes suiting today’s life conditions and needs. The school also offers courses in reiki, meditation, philosophy, ayurveda, yoga therapy and sound therapy modalities of holistic healing. the yoga teacher training programs range from 4 to 10 weeks and are designed in accordance with the rys standards of yoga alliance usa. The yttc is led by yogi sivadas, a highly qualified yoga teacher, who has over 20 years experience teaching throughout india. Yogi sivadas is an e-ryt 500 with yoga alliance usa and syt with yoga alliance uk. Kailash tribal yoga school runs yoga courses annually from march to december in the himalayas.
