Coconut meat contains less sugar and more protein than any other common fruits like bananas, apples and oranges. It contains high minerals such as iron, phosphorus and zinc. Young coconuts used for coconut water are called tender coconuts. When the coconut is still green, the endosperm inside is thin and tender, and is often eaten as a snack, but the main reason to pick the fruit at this stage is to drink its water. The water of a tender coconut is liquid endosperm. It is sweet (mild) with an aerated feel when cut fresh. Depending on its size, a tender contains 300 to 1, 000 ml of coconut water. Coconut is used as food and in foods like sweets, desserts. Though the quantity of liquid is small in this sort, it can be consumed normally. The ripe coconut can be substituted for nuts and almonds in many recipes, with an outstanding flavor. After the fibrous husk is removed, the surface of the coconut is a very hard shell. The coconut shell is used to make earrings, necklaces and bracelets, cups, bowls, buttons, and even is used as a canvas for painting. The meat of the coconut is very good in destroying intestinal parasites that we get from eating infected food. Coconut water is good for kidney and urinary bladder problems. Coconut water can be used by diabetics, since it does not contain sucrose (a type of sugar). The ripe coconut or brown coconut has very little water, but it is rich in meat as a result.

...moreCoir Geotextile Net
Coir Geotextile Nets or Coir Erosion Control Nets are ecofriendly products to control soil erosion. When an area is devoid of vegetation, erosion tends to occur due to water and air. In order to control the erosion, some form of material need to be used to provide ground cover. Currently there are a number of synthetic textiles used for this purpose; however, these synthetic materials create additional problems in the form of pollution due to degradation over a period in toxic material and by leeching in to ground water. Furthermore, they do not always permit natural ground cover to take over. The Coir Geotextile Nets have optimum strength to hold back the soil for a sustained period. The nets eventually degrade and become perfect medium for the natural ground cover plants to grow. The nets are woven to permit plants to take root through the holes in them. Coir Geotextile Nets also act as a medium to retain water for longer period. Coir Geotextile Nets of different grades are used based on the topography of the ground. Application : It is utilized in controlling erosion even in the steepest slopes. Can absorb water, allowing re-vegetation in low rain areas Used to control soil erosion at work-sites, road construction areas, riverbanks etc. as protective measure/mesh Available GSM : 400 gsm, 700 gsm, 900 gsm All rolls packed with poly sack no PVC tube inside*
