Acoustic horns are designed to produce acoustic energy and amplify low frequency sound at high intensity for effective removal of unwanted particulate build up and aid material flow. Acoustic horn produces extremely high-pressure acoustic energy, level with a fixed frequency band. The powerful sound waves are produced when the short bursts of standard plant compressed air enter the wave generator and force the only moving part, titanium or high grade material diaphragm to flex creating the powerful 'base' sound wave. Objective: D65 is a type of horn of Diameter 65mm and mainly consists of a resonator and a diaphragm which are separated by an air column which is responsible for the functioning of the horn. The resonator of the horn is 0.6mm in thickness and attached to the diaphragm with the help of a washer. The resonator consists of three humps in its design.
