Ensure that wound bed is thoroughly cleansed and is free of debris and necrotic tissue. Sterile technique should always be used to remove Hydrez®-Plus from its packaging. Remove the release film and make sure HydrezTM-Plus overlaps the wound bed by at-least 2cm onto the surrounding skin. Apply the silicone adherent side on the wound. If use of Hydrez®-Plus with an adhesive dressing, there is no need of a secondary dressing or else Hydrez®-Plus can be secured with suitable secondary dressing or fixator. Hydrez®-Plus can be applied up to 4 days or changed according to the wound condition or the clinician's discretion. Precautions and Warnings :  Product for use by Registered Medical Practitioner or a Hospital. Hydrez®-Plus is supplied as a sterile product and is strictly for single use only. Do not re-sterilize as the process may result in change of product characteristics. Unused, opened packages of Hydrez®-Plus should be discarded to avoid cross contamination and hospital acquired infection on the device upon storage.
