This is a Screenless Pulverizer for fine grinding of chemicals, The Grinding chamber consists of top and bottom serrated liners. In the center is the Rotor with swinging hammers with two bearing housings on both sides with leak proof sealing arrangements . The Grinding chamber is connected to a Built in Blower by a Cone Design .On the rotor shaft between the cone is a whizzer that permits gap adjustment from 1mm to 20 mm between rotating arms and stationary Cone.Only the grinded powder gets sucked in to the Built in blower on the same shaft which positively pneumatically transfers the grinded powder through a pipeline to the Cyclone and PJDC Dust Collector is connected with an External Exhaust Centrifugal Blower that helps in conveying the powder and also in discharging clean air to atmosphere.

The complete fabricated body is constructer in close tolerance to prevent air leakage. Main shaft supported by heavy duty bearings for trouble free balanced & cool working. Hammers are swinging in main shaft with fly back system to prevent breaking of hammer or damaging of liner in case of any foreign material, hard to grind is fed. The whizzer blade may be adjusted in the taper cone according to the mesh size requirement of material. Cyclone mounted our MS structure separates air form the ground material and collects material in to bags. Fabric bag type dust collector is provided to collect fine particle from the air flow Bigger models are provided with auto feeder.

Air swept mill ( screenless equipment ) are recommended for micro fine pulverizing of soft to medium hard , fibrous and slightly moist materials. Mill is uneconomical where frequent change over of product is required and material is abrasive. Such impact mills efficiently handle fibrous materials and products having similar structure. Water circulation jacket is an optional feature, apart from different styles of grinding elements. Axially fed material is swept across the periphery of hammers and whizzer type retainer plate. Grinding action takes place between high speed hammers and serrated liners. Micro fine powder is discharged through a built-in blower to a cyclone separator, coupled with a dust filter unit. Mills are supplied with pneumatic conveying system.
