We are the only plant in India, which has various Surface Finish on aluminium at present available in the international market, such as Anodizing, Powder Coating, Wood Finish Technologies under one roof in a single plant. We manufacture & supply Casting Machines, Billet/Log End Cutting Machines, Puller, Handling System (Belt Conveyor type), Stretching Machine, Hot Log Shear, Pre-heating Ovens for billet & dies, Ageing Oven (Electrical/Oil fired), Melting Furnace (Oil/gas fired), etc according to specific requirement depending on the size of the Extrusion Plant. To keep pace with the changing global techno-economical scenario, we have entered into a business tie-up with a Chinese Manufacturing Company - DEBO Machinery Co Ltd headed by the EX CEO of M/s Cheng Hua Machinery Co Ltd, Taiwan with a vast and varied experience in Extrusion Press manufacturing and also all ancillaries required for aluminium extrusion.     Consultancy and Project Implementation Turnkey execution of Extrusion Projects will include design, layout, budgeting, procurement and manufacturing of required machinery within the scope of the budget, erection, and commissioning of the project. After completing the setup, trial runs will be conducted to ensure the required level of performance as anticipated by the customer. Modernization and modification of existing plants are also undertaken, incorporating most modern technologies in the industry.  

The modern plant is equipped with an automatic PLC controlled 2750MT Cheng Hua press, 1650 MT Wean United and a compact 980 MT Year Chang make Oil hydraulic extrusion press with flexibility to extrude 6”, 7”, 8” and 9” diameter billets. All presses have close controls on the speed and a high degree of stability. They are supported by Hot Log Shear from Granco Clark, USA, automatic puller and handling systems, producing extrusions which are bent and twist-free. The belt system used for handling the aluminium extrusions keeps the soft metal scratch-free and shiny! The billets for extrusion are cast in-house in a DC Caster, in the right chemical composition, filtering the molten metal through ceramic filters to achieve a high degree of cleanliness and grain refinement for best end-use results.
