The custard apple pulper contains three mechanism viz. fruit cutting mechanism, fruit scooping mechanism and pulping mechanism.The machine is fully automatic with pneumatic actuators and electronic controls.Fruit is held without any damage and guided while cutting.This part of machine contains a special sieve and pulping shaft with beaters. The sieve is made with special design to maintain the shape of the pulp which is present with the seed.

The sieve is available and perforations of different sizes and is easily removable for cleaning. Food regulation screw ensures correct feeding of products for better performance. All metal contact parts are stainless steel. They are also providing a structure for pulper using mild steel fabricated heavy duty "L" section. All parts can be easily dismantled and reassembled for facility of inspection, proper washing, cleaning, and periodic maintenance.
