This is a double nip Balloon Squeezer cum Padder. This machine also comes with a Detwister. The following are the salient features of this machine: m A low height detwister to ensure minimum elongation. A uniform water distribution is available to the fabric prior to squeezing. The appearance of the fabric is substantially enhanced by virtue of air injection balloon system. The plaiter at the delivery side ensures that the fabric is ready for entering the Relax Dryer with minimum handling. It overcomes the crease formation of a Centrifuge. An optional Wet Compaction System is available with a Magnetic Stretcher at the delivery side thereby improving the shrinkage control parameters and options for the Processor. 

Balloon Padding Machine The current capacity is around 5tons approx. per day. All these machines are used to meet the manufacturing requirements of different colors, interlocking and rib cum inter locking requirements. Beside these machines, we have flat knitting machines for meeting the requirements of manufacturing different kinds of collars and cuffs. for synthetic fabric.

SWASTIK Balloon padder is a strong and sturdy machine, equipped with various devices. It is a available in two different models, one with Single Squeezer for extraction and the other with Double Squeezer, first for squeezing and final for chemical treatment.Main frames are fabricated, and lined with stainless steel (optional) which house the requisite components. The Squeezer Rollers, Which are 1.4 meters wide are covered with special synthetic Rubber PU compound, to obtain uniform and high squeezing effect with low pressure. The resulting finish is excellent.

Balloon Padding Machines can be used for continues untwisting, un tangling, draining, spreading and wet compacting of knitted fabrics in a single process. This process also – in their extended form of draining and wet-on-wet impregnating, overstretching and wet compacting.

Balloon Padding is a process which is required to remove the crinkles that has occurred because of the dyeing process in the Fabric. When the knitted fabric is fed in to balloon padding machine, the machine folds the knitted fabric neatly using the heat from the steam it produces.
