Barrel/Drum Immersion heaters are specifically designed for heating fluids in tanks. Depending on the tank shape, size, accessibility and working area inside the tank, choose a round or L shaped heater. Standard sheath materials are Incoloy® 800 and steel with all wetted parts made with compatible alloys. Applications :   Suitable for 55 gallon drums where it is desirable to be able to remove the heater for inspection or inserting into another drum. Design Features: Standard mica band heaters are supplied as one piece units with integral clamping. Nozzle heaters may be supplied fully sealed against ingress of plastic material.

The customisable drum heater can be used by any industry employing any size of a drum, whether metallic or plastic or wooden. The price mentioned on the page is for a pad of size 34 inch x 78 inch, designed specifically for a standard 210 litre HDPE barrel. We can also manufacture pads of any size as may be required by a client on order. All pads made by us have a 6 month warranty against all manufacturing defects.
