Batch Former form conical shape of kneaded mixed and cooled batch of Lollypop Candy Toffee for further feeding into Rope Sizer. It is fitted with heaters to keep the batch warm. It's lifting and lowering mechanism helps the batch coming forward automatically. It is fitted with Stainless Steel Rollers. Electrical reverse and forward system is required extra for operating the batch former. There is ease of taking out rollers for cleaning operation.

The outer casing and contact parts on our Candy Batch Roller are manufactured from stainless steel, for easy cleaning and maintenance. This model can roll a maximum batch of 70kg. The machine is electrically heated to keep the candy mass soft while rolling. Many candy lines start with one of these machines and it plays a key role in the making of many types of confectionery products. Tapered rollers rotate the candy into a cone shape, the end of which is stretched to form a rope. Rock candy, candy canes, die formed soft chews and more can be produced from this candy rope depending on which machines follow the batch roller in the production line. The batch roller can also play a key role in many hand made candies. The Candy Batch Roller features: Electric up and down motion. 70KG capacity. Electric heating. Pack-Make Engineer’s batch roller is a highly efficient and versatile machine. It consists of four stainless steel rolls fitted in a technical manner. The rolls are different in diameter. The rolls are driven at a specific rpm by using gearbox so that batch stays in batch roller and comes in desired shape. The motion of rolls is first forward for some seconds ,it has no motion for further seconds and then backward motion for a desired seconds. The time of forward , hold and backward motion can be set as per the requirements. The batch is firstly kept in batch roller. It is started and batch rolls and forms in conical shape. Then for feeding in rope sizer the batch roller can be lifted from backwards using manual power. This allows the batch to move forward and easily feed into rope sizer. The BR46 batch roller has been updated with new features on the unit, which have improved the access to the machine, assuring cleaning is easier and less time consuming. The BR46 batch roller machine has increased capacity too 100kg (un-pulled). We also still supply our 70kg batch rollers for smaller capacities. Heaters have been conveniently positioned in the side of the machine to prevent build-up of debris and to allow easy cleaning and replacement. The BR46/RS68 combination can form part of a complete A.M.P Rose hard candy forming line, or be arranged as part of a line with the ‘750’, ‘ICW’, ‘ELW‘ and ‘Super 42HS’ range of cut and wrap machines. The machines can be supplied in left-to-right or right-to-left configurations, with the feed and discharge heights to suit the Client’s requirements. Adjustable feet are fitted to both machines for minor height adjustments and levelling.
