VEGA CRD 402 Big Batch Trolley This trolley is useful to pick-up batches from batching winder. All dimensions are adapted to batch wider. Carrying capacity 2000 to 3000kgs.

Reasons could be any of the following o    Small batch trolleys/small batch lots o    Space constrains in process house. o    Lack of continuous, automatic running processes The ideal way of fabric transport which save time and handling of fabric is by using big batch carriages also Known as batching trolleys. We manufactures these Batching trolleys both in the traditional A – frame design as well as the round tube type design. The traditional A – frame is a steel stand in the shape of “A” with the batching roller and round tube type design is a steel tube with the batching roller.

Low built, compact, trolley fabricated from heavy duty angles and steel plates, supported by four guide wheels, turning 3600 for easy movements of forward and sideways direction. Half round pan is fixed on the top side of the trolley where the heavy cloth roll is placed and remains steady while transporting. The height of the trolley is matching with the level of the batching motion from where the cloth roll is easily rolled on the top of the pan. Trolley is fitted with extra lever at the side which is used for easy rolling the cloth roll from batching motion. Operation is done manually. All the four UHMW (Special Synthetic Material) wheels are fitted with a pair of ball bearings. All the moving parts which are under load are fitted with suitable sizes of bearings. In all there are eight nos. of bearings fitted in the trolley which makes very easy and comfortable movements.

It is fabricated from M.S. channel (10050mm) x 3mm wall thickness. Top roll will be fabricated from M.S. Seamless Pipe with ebonite quoting. The end shaft is of RIB constructed or as per customers requirement. we are also making it cladding of S.S. Sheet on batch roll. Front side pooling system is of swivel type M.S. fabricated bracket and with 10" x 2 wheel and also as per customer's requirement. Rare side is of fixed type 12" x 3" wheel. Batch coupling is fitted on batch roll for rotating.
