These Gauges have bellow capsule which is composed of two corrugated metal discs of Brass Stainless Steel joined by brazing argon arc welding. A rise pressure will cause the corrugated Capsule Diaphragms to expand and this motion is transferred to the indicator through sector, pinion movement mechanism. A similar type of low pressure built-in capsule gauge can also be offered having almost similar kind of mechanism.

The SC model pressure gauges with Capsule type element are used for measure small positive and negative gauge pressures in gaseous media. The element consists of two diaphragm elements soldered together. When subjected to pressure, the diaphragm bellow element expands by a precise amount. This expansion is converted by a movement into the rotary motion of the pointer. All stainless steel capsule pressure gauge for the chemical industry with capsule type element are manufactured using high quality stainless steel and are therefore suitable for use with aggressive or corrosive gases.
