Designed to store cadaverous under cool conditions to prevent decomposition. Double walled construction, outer made out of thick mild steelsheet duly finished in stoving enamel paint and inner made out of stainless steel sheet. The gap between the two is filled with glass wool for temperature insulation. Front opening covered with double walled door with magnetic gasket, lock & key and handle. Individual chambers are provided with independent locks with duplicate keys. Trays to carry dead bodies are provided with handles on both ends travel on rollers fitted on ball bearings for smooth movements. The refrigeration unit is fitted on the rear top. Temperature of +2oC to 4oC is maintained by hermatically sealed compressor unit and is controlled by an automatic electronic digital temp. controller-cum-indicator. Gear Box & Lubrication It is equipped with tripple reduction helical gears made from single piece Alloy Steel Casting dipped in oil bath.All the shafts, gears, gudzeons etc. run on anti friction roller and ball bearings.A self contained lubrication arrangement has been provided. The cake discharge Thickness of the cake can be controlled on the running machine. An oil discharge conveyor is fitted along the full length of the expeller having right and left hand flights to deliver the oil to central point. The drive is from the main gear box. Cooker/Kettle Multilevel Cooker with steam conditioning jackets and proper arrangement for controlling the inlet and outlet of steam is provided with independent gear box.
