In Chisel Type Diamond Dressers, a single high quality diamond that has been polished to the required shape and dimensions to dress specific forms into conventional abrasive grinding wheels quickly and accurately. Chisel Type Diamond Dressers have a wedge shape with certain angle to ensure that the corner of the diamond does not touch the grinding wheel. Chisel Type Diamond Dressers are made with an included angle and a specific radius. The included angle begins with 15° and up to 105°. The main included angles are 40° and 60°. The Chisel Type Diamond Dressers are normally not made sharp or a flat on its face. Chisel Type Diamond Dressers should have radial surface, e.g. 0.125, 0.25, 0.5 mm. Chisel Type Diamond Dressers, that we offer, are usually selected for dressing small concave radii. The Chisel Type Diamond Dressers are not recommended for super-abrasive wheel dressing.
