Descrption : These are specially formulated antistatic coning oils. They are recommended for use in Textile Industry as finishing agent. They are high refined, light coloured, low viscosity mineral oil based products containing suitable emulsifier, antistatic, friction reducing and anti-splashing agents to minimize the oil dosage during coning and twisting operation. They provide excellent lubricity to filaments and reduce friction during operation.

Used extensively in the texturing of synthetic yarn such as viscose, acetate rayon, nylons and polyesters. The low frictional properties of the oil reduce break level, while the surfactants permit higher & uniform oil pick-up even at consistent roller speeds compared to conventional oils. Note: The oil has anti-static properties and excellent pick-up quality as high as 5% to 8% on wt. of yarn. It gives a considerable reduction in chemical “SPLASHING” in high speed machines, thereby reducing “Total Consumption” in addition to chemical wastage and overall cost.

Introduction of Coning Oil :Coning Oil 10 is emulsifiable type oil and has been formulated from highly refined mineral oil and specially selected premium surface active agents to provide appropriate antistatic property. Coning oil is non-staining, with good emulsion stability and excellent antistatic property with scourable quality. Application of Coning Oil :Coning Oil 10 is used for all texturising / twisting / crimping operations for synthetic yarns. Coning Oil is also used for softening and wetting the yarns during woolen / rayon cording and rayon coning operation. Performance Level of Coning Oil :Coning Oil 10 is a proprietary grade.
