Descrption : These are specially formulated antistatic coning oils. They are recommended for use in Textile Industry as finishing agent. They are high refined, light coloured, low viscosity mineral oil based products containing suitable emulsifier, antistatic, friction reducing and anti-splashing agents to minimize the oil dosage during coning and twisting operation. They provide excellent lubricity to filaments and reduce friction during operation.

Conning oil is a highly refined product compound with non-ionic surfactants and possesses valuable properties of stability in hard and soft water. It shows excellent compatibility with other surfactants like dyes, finishing agents and other processing additives. It is non-toxic and easily removed from fiber by scouring process and will not interfere with dying and finishing process. Used extensively in the texturing of synthetic yarn such as viscose, acetate rayon, nylons and polyesters. The low frictional properties of the oil reduce break level, while the surfactants permit higher & uniform oil pick-up even at consistent roller speeds compared to conventional oils. Note: The oil has anti-static properties and excellent pick-up quality as high as 5% to 8% on wt. of yarn. EXPRESS ANTISTATIC CONING OILS are specially developed for texturising, coning, warping, weaving, winding / unwinding operations of synthetic yarn. Synthetic yarns when undergo above mentioned operations, they develop a static charge within themselves which if not dissipated will lead to overheating and melting/ joining of yarn deniers. This will cause yarn to loose its strength. EXPRESS CONE CS/ CE oils not only dissipate the static charge developed in the yarn but also provide the required lubricity to the yarn so that the deniers of the yarn do not rupture or spread unnecessarily. EXPRESS CONE CS/ CE oils provide a gloss and finish to the yarn and fully compatible with the color of the super white yarn. These oils are scourable type and hence get easily washed out with water on simple washing thereby taking away all the dirt and spots from the yarn.
