We are offering assaying cupellation furnace. These silicon carbide muffle chamber furnaces provide the ideal furnace conditions for gold cupellation work and many other processes where indirect heating and controlled airflow are required. The heat energy is provided by high power silicon carbide elements located in an outer chamber. The excellent thermal conductivity of the silicon carbide muffle provides a working chamber with almost no temperature variations. Heated by the silicon carbide heating elements, these furnaces provide with their rapid heating and recovery. Controlled airflow passing through the chamber is pre-heated allowing full use of the available hearth area. When necessary, silicon carbide heating elements may be easily replaced, even while hot.

Techinco cupellation furnace is specially designed for front loading of materials under test where the maximum temperature inside the chamber required is of the order of 1200 Deg.C. The inner chamber is formed by high temperature with standing sillimanite refactory capable of withstanding temp. Up to 1200 Deg.C. and having provision for insertion of silicon carbide Rods are provided on two sides or above and bottom of the furnace for maintaining uniform temperature of 1200 Deg.C. The inner chamber will be lined Silicon Carbide plate in all the sides to protect the heating element for oxidation effect and to increase the life the elements. The chamber has provision to insert thermocouple for control of process temperature. The thermocouple will be pt / pt 13% Rh. The inter space between the inner and outer chamber will be tightly packed with high density ceramic fiber mats to totally eliminate the radiation heat loss. The furnace will be provided with a front opening door. The door opening can vertical with counter weight or horizontal with center pivot such that the hot face of the door will not face the operator. The door will have a observation hole. The door will be provided with a positive break safety switch to isolate the power line when the door is open. The Heating is by Silicon Carbide Rods which are suspended in both the sides of the inner chamber will be used as heating elements to heat the change to temperature of 1200 Deg. C. The Silion carbide rods possess a unique quality of ageing. To exploit the property of ageing, the power to the heating elements will be fed through a Thyristor Power control device for control of power to be silicon carbide rods to ensure long life to the heatings. Suitable air inlet is provided in such a way that the fresh air is drawn from rear and will get preheated when they travel through the heating element and will enter the chamber thro the front. An adjustable air valve is provided to adjust the air flow. Suitable Exhaust with chimney is provided. For removal of any fumes. However the extraction system and lead filter will not be in our scope. A compact control panel accommodating the following components will be supplied along with the oven.  Pilot indicating lights   HRC fuse unit (L&T)   Euro herm digital programmable PID temp. indicator cum controller with thyristor control device.   Voltmeter with selector switch.   Ammeter (AE)   WORKING CHAMBER SIZE AS REQUIRED.
