The floor of the chamber will be so designed as to permit the dust fall in to the hopper for recirculation of supporting specified load of the floor area.   Construction  Exterior Chamber :   Will be made of Heavy Duty Mild / Stainless Steel Interior Chamber : Made of Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door : Double walled full front opening door, insulated with interior stainless  steel lining. Gasket : To avoid leak proofing, the chamber will be provided with gaskets for the Chamber and for the Door. Mounting Trolley : Mounting type trolley with casters for portability will be provided. Hinges & Latches : Heavy duty Hinges with toggle type locking arrangement Heating System  For temperature uniformity in the chamber, low surface loading sealed tubular heaters will be provided as per IS 4159.
