The unit is compact, inexpensive and its high cleaning efficiency compares to units selling at higher price. It is easy to operate and needs practically no maintenance. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION : The dust generated is picked by a slitted hood in an air system generated by powerful suction blower. Dust separation takes place in two stages. In the primary stage, heavier particles are deposited into the collection container due to reduction in velocity and change of direction of air. Secondary separation occurs when the lighter dust is deposited onto the fabric by initial impact and diffusion. Hence, it accumulates to form a mat or bed which in turn acts as filter medium with a fabric as a base. TO maintain continuity of extraction, dust is periodically removed from the fabric by the shaker mechanism and deposited into the collection container. APPLICATION : For collection of Dry Dust ‘At Source” in Industries. Can be used as original equipment with surface Grinders, Tool and Cutter Grinders, Buffing Machines, Wood Working Industries, and also for Carbon Dry Powder Collection.

The machine consists of an impeller enclosed in an impeller housing with a suction and exhaust port. As the impeller rotates at a high speed, a partial vacuum is created in the impeller housing and atmospheric air is sucked in from the suction port and exhausted from the exhaust port. This air suction is used for doing useful work. The machine is basically a vacuum cleaner, the suction side of which is used to cleaning purpose. It is connected to the tablet / polishing machine by a hosepipe from where the dedusted powder is sucked out and collected.   Salient Features: Machine provided with wheels for easy maneuverability. Compact size with minimum floor area occupation. Very little maintenance required except periodic cleaning.

Dust Extractor is used to prevent dust accumulation and avoid cross contamination in pharmaceutical industry, when tablets are being manufactured. When used this tableting dust collector, it helps reducing the mechanical strain on the tablet making machine through dust removal from the punches and dies. When dust accumulation is avoided on the dies, breakdowns are minimized and efficiency increased. Dust extractor machine has a very effective shaking mechanism useful in dislodging the dust which is then removed off by the fans of dust collection system. The Fan and filter compartments are also accessible through a door for ease of inspection and maintenance.
