Setting up of Anjaney Ferro Alloys Ltd. has marked the diversification of the BMA Group into Ferro Alloys, an important import substitution area. It is the first Ferro Alloys plant in the DVC area and holds a unique position as the manufacturer of MC Ferro Alloys ( used for manufacturing of high quality steels) in the country. Most Innovative Technology, to Produce the Ferro Alloys, in the Furnace, which is utilizing the Coal Gas or Natural gas rather than utilizing the Expensive electricity and its consumption. In this Technology, the Gas is used to Produce the Ferro Alloys like Ferro Manganese (Fe-Mn), Silico Manganese (Si-Mn), Ferro Chrome (Fe-Cr) and many more. This Technology is the Replacement of EAF (Submerged Electric Arc Furnace), which is Power Hungry in its own. We can produce the Low Carbon Products as well, from the same Plant, by lancing the Oxygen through the System.
