Non-Asbestos Jointing Sheets Non-Asbestos Jointing Sheets are made of special no-asbestos heat-resisting fiber, heat-resisting packing material, and special nature or NBR rubber compound heating and compression molding it. Non-asbestos rubber sheet series include: NXB200, NXB300, NXB350 Uses: Used for the equipment in water, steam, etc. and used as sealing material in the joints of pipelineWorking pressure: 1.5～8.0 MPa ,Working temperature: 150 ～450℃

The complete set of fibre sealing gasket comprises of a cable-joining box element and at least one entry aperture and one exit aperture for the cables. Highly elastic, these sealing gaskets are provided with a hole that are deferrable so as to fill the apertures as an interference fit when the cover is connected to base.

Fiber Gaskets in round & uneven shapes for mechanical assemblies. They effectively seal the mating sufferers to zero clearance. They seal into the imperfections of the Joint contact faces by 'Yielding Flow ' of the gasket material.

Ceramic Fiber Gaskets are appropriate when an inexpensive heat seal is required. Only used where sealing pressures are low, it happily operates in areas where temperatures are in excess of 1472 F. It is soft and can be easily laminated to form thicker seals, hence flange finish is not particularly important when using this material. Used mainly as high temperature insulation for sensitive apparatus it has good dielectric strength and so is often used as an electrical insulation. Usually supplied with an organic binder to improve it's tensile strength.
