Belt filter press It is intended for mechanical dewatering of wastewater sludge, water conditioning sludge, and industrial slimes. It features a rollers system installed on the frame, between which two endless belts are stretched and connected into continuous ducts. Two belt flushing assemblies, sludge feeder and distributor, and filter cake removal devices are provided with the filter press. Belt thickener It is intended for mechanical dewatering, conditioning, and purifying wastewater sludge and industrial slime. It features a strained, endless sieve belt with an installed ripper system. After dewatering in belt thickener, the sludge moisture can be reduced from 98-99% to 90-96% It is optimal for wastewater with pH 6.0 – 9.0. Belt filter press combi units In this system, the belt thickener is installed onto the frame of the belt filter press. It features the belt filter press PL series and belt thickener SG mounted on it. The dewatered sludge in the belt filter press is treated with a polymer; however, in belt filter press combi units, after polymer treatment, sludge is fed into the top of the unit, on belt thickener. Here, preliminary sludge dewatering is done under gravity. Finally, the sludge is supplied to filter press gravity dewatering zone. Fan Filter Units direct a vertical laminar flow of filtered air downward through the enclosed cleanroom area. Each includes a 1100 CFM impeller blower (rated at 90 FPM with filter load) mounted in an MS housing with a plenum design that ensures ample air velocity across the entire face of the filter. A HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filter installed inside the housing is rated 99.99% efficient at 0.3um particles. The filtration medium consists of micro porous polyurethane mini-pleats held in place by strong, rigid plastic separators that keep the medium from nesting. This design channels airflow with optimal efficiency to reduce resistance. The filter is sealed into the sturdy powder-coated steel frame with a fire-retardant, non-outgassing adhesive. Power to the Fan Filter Units is controlled by a master ON/OFF switch located on the cleanroom control panel. All 120VAC units and 220VAC, 60Hz units are UL listed. CE-marked models are available for 220VAC, 50Hz operations.

All of the fritted glass support bases have a coarse (40-60μm) porosity. CONNECTION TO FLASK/BOTTLE Silicone Stopper Connections. Silicone or neoprene stoppers are the most common connector from the filtration assembly to a Erlenmeyer style flask and are recommended for most routine filtration studies of aqueous solutions. Stoppers are not recommended when filtering organic or most corrosive solutions or when preparing HPLC mobile phase.Ts 40/35 Glass Joint Connections. Filtration assemblies with Ts 40/38 outer joint connections are recommended when filtering corrosive solutions and organic solvents.
