These highly flexible connectors are manufactured by using copper wire of any diameter as per requirement. The above copper connectors are made from bare, tined and silver plated copper. The contact areas are assembled with pressed copper connectors, bare and on request tin or silver coated. Hot tinned dipped ends can also be provided to give perfect conductivity. We manufacture connectors in any width and cross section upto 10000 sq. mm. The high flexibility offers installation into difficult and small places. Flexible connectors are individually designed and manufactured keeping in view the user's requirement and application.

We are using electrolytic grade copper wire to manufacture braided flexible connectors. The braided flexible connectors deliver the maximum amount of electrical power at peak efficiency. Our flexible connectors can be made to exact specifications, at half the resistance levels of present connectors. Copper flexible connectors are also manufactured to compensate for vibration, expansioncontraction of busses and to deliver minimum resistance values.

Braided Flexible connectors are manufactured from thin Copper braided tapes with a single wire diameter of 0.070.20 mm bare, tin or silver coated. Standard flexibles are non insulated but on request it is possible to deliver the connectors with insulation tubes. The contact areas are assembled with solderless pressed copper connectors bare and on request tin or silver coated. The advantage of the solderless pressing process is that only material of same analysis and same conductivity is being connected which is not the case if tin or welding which are additionally used.

We offer aluminium laminated flexible connectors. Copper laminated flexible jumpers are manufactured by stacking several foils of electrolytic copper and then applying high current under high pressure. This is a special metal diffusion whereby the metal itself melts and forms homogenous bonds thus giving a very negligible, almost nil, millivolt drop across the connector, thereby reducing the temperature rise and increasing the current carrying capacity of the jumper. In this process, no filler metal is used to join two layers together. They have a constant cross section over whole length. The current carrying capacity of solid busbar and copper laminated jumper manufactured by this process is the same. Therefore these jumpers are a substitute for solid busbar. It is also possible to drill, saw, braze, mill & weld the contact areas without any problem.
