AGNEE ‘AM-Series’ Inline Helical Geared motors in Double Triple reduction models having motorised solid inputs are intended to satisfy all the requirements of a reliable drive for slow-speed high-torque application. Standard range of AGNEE helical geared motors, available in foot-mounted and flange-mounted versions, offer un-parallel performance covering output speed graduated from 9 to 1230 rpm with motor power ratings ranging from 0.18 kW to 90 kW. The gearbox and motor built as a single unit looks stylishly compact which ultimately results smooth and silent operation in an efficient fashion. The solid input version incorporates an input solid shaft mounted on a bearing housing having dual bearings of ample capacity.

The Geared brake motor consists of 3 parts i.e. conical squirrel cage motor, gear box & integral brake. The motors have very high efficiency and are very compact. Flange mounted and foot mounting options available.

Robust and integral case is made of cast iron grade 1520 IS-2101970. All the gears and pinions are helical only. Design of gears for strength and correction of gears are as per IS -4460 -1969 and CMTI standards. All gear wheels, pinions and shafts are made of high quality alloy steels as per IS - 1570 and are hardened and tempered. All the bearings are designed for tough reversible applications and long life. Depending on the out put speeds, the gears are arranged in 123456 stage reduction. The reduction ratio required is uniformly distributed on different stages to ensure that the geared motor will have the optimum strength and rigidity. For very low output speeds below 1 rpm in some applications, Helio drive gearboxes are selected. Helio drive gearboxes are a combination of helical and internal gears. The parts are manufactured with high accuracy standards and they are interchangeable. The spares are available at short notice from our works. The gearboxes can be coupled to standard induction motors, hydraulic motors, brake motors, flame proof motors, dual speed motors, DC or PMDC motors, torque motors etc.,

PBL ‘P’ Series Helical gearbox and electric motor are built as one unit to give coaxial and compact constructions. Helical Gear Reducers have co-axial input and output shaft that can be driven by any prime mover. Gearboxes can be supplied with input shaft for connecting to prime mover. Motor Mount Gearboxes ensures easy fitment of any make of motors with B5 mounting as per IEC frame. These are available in 2 & 3 reductions and in 4, 5, & 6 reductions for extremely low output speeds. These are available in foot, flange, foot-cum-flange and agitator type constructihon

The gear casings are manufactured from high grade cast iron and are liberally designed for maximum heat dissipation and cool running. Gear and pinions are made from special case hardening alloy steel and are specially heat-treated.
