The SDGDT 100 EX is a High Performance Gas Discharge Tube, which works in Extreme Areas according to the Standard ATEX 94/9/EC. The potential equalization works according to the Standards IEC 61024-1 and IEC 60364-5-54 and it is suitable for IT facilities as well as EN50014 and EN50028. The SDGDT 100 EX is used when a potential equalization of the lightning current has to be achieved over electrically insulated components. It can be installed inside, outside or underground.

MES 7xxx GDLP series Gas Discharge Tube Based Lightning Protectors are in-line coaxial adapters using N Female connectors. Gas Discharge Tubes contain a field-replaceable gas capsule located between the inner and outer conductors. Their operating frequency band is DC to 6.0 GHz.
