The insulating materials like end post, liners, bushes or sleeves and glue used in it are being manufactured with the RDSO approved raw materials (Resin, Hardener & Fiber Cloth).

Glued insulation joint is one of the track parts made by a special process. It is mainly used for insulated track circuits and railway turnouts on the seamless railway line.

In dry conditions the minimum electrical resistance of these joints are 25 mega-ohm and the minimum resistance in wet condition are 3 kilo-ohms. The pull out strength of the joints are more than 150 Tonnes and can safely with stand high thermal forces of LWR/CWR through the joint.
