NKGH type manual grease pump deliveries grease to grease separator of to dosing distributor through reciprocating operation of handle, and thus distributing grease to each lubrication point. It can be with the resist-type proportion distributor to form resist-type grease lubrication system. Or it can be combined with U type progressive distributor or SD type progressive lubrication system to progressive grease lubrication system. In the resist-type grease lubrication system, it can be discharged the grease in proportion to each lubrication points; In the progressive lubrication system, it can be discharged the metering grease to each lubrication points. There are two outlets on the lubrication pump ( One is covered by the blank plug), users can be disassembled the plug by itself according to the actual installation requirements, which it can be chosen the left or right outlet, or both. However, when the pump is combined as progressive lubrication system, it can be only used with one outlet. This pump meant for feeding grease to bearing & other moving part of machines & other lightly machines having 1-20 lubrication point. On pulling the handle of pump, grease are sucked through suction port. On pushing handle of pump grease comes out under pressure through check value spring, pressure through follow plate exerted over the top surface of the grease further helps to push the grease in suction port. Grease can be filled in to the reservoir either by opening top lead or through the grease gun port provided at the side of the body. Pump is made up of purely transparent acrylic reservoir for storage of grease. For sensing the Grease a tall tale rod is used and follower plate assembly help in positive suction of grease. It contains two outlet part of 1/4" Bsp right and left side in which one is plugged and used as Air Bleeding Valve .To check reverse flow of grease, a non return valve is put in the system at the outlet port. Pump is fitted with a needle valve. When line is filled up, the needle valve is opened in order to relieve pressure of the lubrication line. Grease can be filled manually and with another pump for which %"BSP port is provided. Manually, we have to remove follower plate, spring and top cover and fill the grease from the top of the reservoir and to fit all the components by pressure.   Note : we are also manufactured special pump as per customer requirement.
