Hazardous Waste is regulated under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act – USA (RCRA) & Solid Hazardous Waste Management Policy in many countries. Hazardous waste may content Hazardous Chemicals, Hazardous Liquids, Hazardous Gases, Bio Medical Waste, Human Tissues, Animal Body, Blood, Medical used Cotton, Hospital Waste, etc. Such kind of waste must be packed perfectly and need much care to transfer it from waste generating site to Incinerator site. It need to carefully handled even before incineration. The Incineration of Hazardous waste need minimum 2 stage of combustion. First combustion in Primary Chamber which incinerate the waste at the temperature of 850°C. And then the smoke (generated by that incineration) will be passed through secondary Chamber which runs with 1150°C temperature. The Smoke gas of high temperature will be released from secondary Chamber and will go to Duel Scrubbing System. (Before that, we can install the Heat Recovery Unit to recover the Heat) The scrubbers will remove Acidic Content & Carbon Particles from the Smoke and take the temperature down to less than 200°C. The Smoke gas can be tested by sampling in the stake and can be released in the atmosphere at the height of 30 Meters (100 Feet)
