The Tank Shall be fabricated from mm thick Outer body mm thick medium body and mm thick inner tank wall with SS 304 sheets. The Tank shall be supplied with Inlet, Outlet valve, CIP Spray Ball & Outlet Valve. Heating will be carried out using heaters in the jacket which will produce hot water in the jacket in term heating milk in the tank to required pasteurization temp.and holding for half an hour along with slow agitation. As soon as the pasteurization temp. Would be achieved heater would cut off automatically.

Plain tube can be supplied and should be specified at the enquiry or order stage so that provision is made for fitting the larger battery. Plain tube will be recommended when the operating conditions are known to make it advisable.
