Thermal expansion and tubular heater wattage is calculated by the processing temperature of the specific polymers material. The spacers and insulation sheet all over the surface ensure minimal heat losses and prevent thermal influence on surrounding sectors. Manifolds are available in standard shapes - I, H, X, Y and in any realizable custom shape, the ranges of manifolds configurations as per mould concepts.Manifolds are fully balanced to ensure even and consistent filling of all cavities. Customer just provide basic information about products, number of cavities and polymer ; then we will manufacture and supply entire parts of manifolds and Hot spue bush or straight shot nozzles.
