    THOSE WHO WANTS TO PRODUCE GREEN HYDROGEN?  Production of electricity from coal emits harmful gases so, what if we can give a alternative source through which we can generate electricity whose emissions are under limits and by the use of that electricity we can produce Hydrogen through Electricity. And because the electricity produced does not con contribute to the pollution we can define the hydrogen produced as GREEN HYDROGEN. In our project, we have made a fuel which can be used as an alternative to coal, it is a biomass prepared from sludge we name it as sludge cake having calorific value 3568 kcal/kg and we also have Indian Government Patent for the same.  Using Sludge cake as a fuel we can run a boiler and generate steam which can be used to operate a turbine and thus, we can produced electricity which is then used to powered a Electrolyser and generate Hydrogen Gas And Oxygen Gas.   Also, we have check the emission levels they are under the required levels and also satisfy European Emission Levels as well as American Emission Levels. By using sludge cake as a fuel we can produce electricity which is cheaper as compared to solar energy, and it is cheaper as compared to electricity which government produces and our new technology do not depend on geographic conditions which are required for a wind or solar plant to be set up. Our plant can be set up in any area which is near to the sewage plant. How it is produced? Our new technology , is been divided into 4 plants as follows: 1. Sludge cake generation 2. Water Filteration 3. Power generation 4. Hydrogen generation. The Sludge cake from plant 1 is used as a fuel that will be burned to run a boiler. And the water required for the boiler, cooling tower, condenser and other such processes will either be collected from the purified water from water filtration plant2 if it satisfies the necessary purification levels or we will buy water from other source and the monetary fund required for this will be recovered by the money received by sewage treatment plant on account of treating their waste sludge water. Thus, Electricity will be generated same as in a normal power plant generates the only difference is that we will not use coal and instead we will use sludge cake whose emission levels are under permissible limits.  For 100KG/H2 production 135 tons dry sludge cake is required in a day and for that we need 28 TPH solid biomass fuel fired boiler and 7MW turbine which generated 61,320MW energy per year and for that, cost of production of electricity is Rs. 3.04 (this is for 100kg/hr hydrogen production). Cost varies as the production is increased. In another word , production is increased production cost decreases.  And the electricity which is produced in the plant 3 is used for plant 4 to generate the hydrogen. For generating hydrogen electrolyzer is required which splits water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen, green hydrogen holds significant promise to help meet global energy demand while contributing to climate action goals. And for that cost of hydrogen per kg comes out to be Rs. 203.41/- and if we increase the production of hydrogen, that is if we generate 300 Kg/hr of hydrogen, the cost of hydrogen per kg comes about to be 151.14/-  Talking about the Boiler, Turbine and Electrolyzer that is set up cost or initial cost is fixed and that comes under the one time investment cost  and other cost like land cost, fuel cost, water cost, raw material cost, logistics cost and all kind of operational cost is need to set the Hydrogen Plant. So, For this whole set up, we need 100Cr ( considering Max value) investment in order to operate the production smoothly It is cheaper than the market price and It does not produce the green house gases during the production process and combustion and thus it is completely environmently-friendly.  The cost of electricity is also cheaper than the market value.  And using hydrogen as fuel is more beneficial than the other fuel. It can produce 3 times as much energy as an equivalent quantity of petrol.
