ASMI Lay-in Metal False Ceiling System (600 mm x 600 mm) is manufactured out of 0.50 mm thick Regular Powder Coated Galvanized Iron /Steel (Z-120 gsm Zinc coating mass total of both sides,) on the exposed side and primer coating on the back or coil coated on both the sides in standard color/ shade as required , with square or beveled edges and flanges, produced on automatic advanced machinery, which includes several leveling stages in the manufacturing process. Exposed side of the tile shall have 20 micron coil coated polyester finish and back side to be supported with acoustical fleece .   Tiles to be installed on a standard 600 mm x 600 mm ASMI T grid system .
