We provide stainless steel super-insulated Vacuum Jacketed Piping (VJP) systems used for the transfer of liquid nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, and helium. Each VJP system is custom designed to meet the requirements of the application, while keeping the system economics within budget. VJP contains an inner line for the transfer of cryogenic liquids with an outer vacuum jacket. The vacuum annular space consists of a multi-layered insulation with an extremely low vacuum level of 9 microns or less. VJP is fifty times more effective than conventional foam-insulated copper in preventing heat leak to the inner line, and VJP is extremely long lasting and meets to ASME B31.3 Code for Process Piping.

A double pipe heat exchanger, in its simplest form, is just one pipe inside another larger pipe. One fluid flows through the inside pipe and the other flows through the annulus between the two pipes. The wall of the inner pipe is the heat transfer surface. The pipes are usually doubled back multiple times as shown in the diagram at the left, in order to make the overall unit more compact.

For the Internal hose and the Jacketed hose our stainless steel corrugated hoses used, In each case with stainless steel Braiding. The internal and the Jacketed hose are joined with pressure tight fit.   Application : When ordinary insulation is not sufficient for certain applications, or when specific minimum temperatures are needed to convey viscous substances, traced piping is generally used; this consists of two tubes, one inside the other, with various differences in cross-section. One of the tubes, generally the inner one, carries the medium, and the other one carries a heating or cooling agent ; sometimes it is the other way around .In other cases, the external tube is used as a safety measure. Occasionally, such traced piping has to be flexible. It is for such applications that we supply our Jacketed hose. It's high flexibility makes this hose very suitable for angular and lateral (offset) movements. The Jacketed hose is pressure-and vaccum-proof and, due to the materials used in its manufacture, resistant to temperature and corrosion. The large surface area of the corrugated section results in particularly high heat transfer efficiency, the hose combining the functions of a flexible conduit and a highly efficient heat exchanger in the simplest possible form.
