Mounting Mast is a wide selection of mast in G.I. ,Stainless Steel and FRP with cross over coupler available in Guyed, Free standing and Cantilevered Configuration. Down conductors: - 1) Single Core Copper Cable with minimum cross section area of 70sq.mm specially designed for lightning current. 2) LIC (Low Induction Conductor),a high integrity low impedance cable which is particularly effective on structures containing high density human occupancy and those which contain sensitive electronic equipment, volatile liquids and other sensitive applications. LSR, also known as a Lightning Strike counter, records the number of lightning strikes captured by the Terminal. The LSR is designed for easy mounting at any location along the route of down conductor. The LSR has a mechanical 6digit display secured within a polycarbonate IP67 rated enclosure. It has a current sensitivity of 1000 A @ 8/20 µs impulse and operates by sensing current by means of an inductive pick-up loop. The LSR is non-electronic; self powered and DOES NOT need any external power source or battery. Earthing which we install are completely Maintenance Free Earthing for maintaining constant ohmic values. The system comprises of Copper Bonded Earth Rods as conductors, copper tapes and connecting clamps along with Earth Enhancing Compound / Backfill compound. These compounds are applied around conductors to reduce soil resistivity and lower earth impedance. The constant resistivity maintained by our Maintenance free Earthing ensures perfect and fail-proof working condition of Lightning Protection System. Transient Earth Clamp when connected between different earthing systems remains as an "open circuit" under normal operating conditions. Under transient conditions, the TEC provides equipotential bonding by forming a "closed circuit" between different earthing systems.

Principle : Our Early Streamer Emission (E.S.E) advance lightning protection system head carries a sharp pointed rod, made from especially bronze alloy to attract and capture lightning. This rod incorporates a safety arc gap for the main lightning current and is attached to a sphere shape casing. A metal horizontal disc is fitted symmetrically around the casing making electrical contact with it and the rod. The disc will react to the bad weather electric field and will be charged inductively with the field rise. A special high tension convertor is located inside the shape casing. High Tension is achieved by the natual instability and negative resistance of a plasma arc placed inside a transverse magnetic field produced by a coil. The circuit is characterized by a series connection of a arc's negative resistance a inductance and capacitance. A very high ionizing tension is produced at the area around the head's rod. The system power is increase to pass electricity by using circuit and spark gap technology. The head is equipped with a safety arrangement to protect its own circuitry during a lightning capture. The internal spark gap mechanism, the sparking device and teh circuitry are placed in waterprood and enforced sphere casing.
