Vibratory feeders are supplied through a half-wave rectifier resulting into 3000 vibrations per minute at 50Hz. The amplitude of vibrations can be varied to vary the feed rate externally with the help of variac provided in the control panel. As there is no moving mechanical parts inside the power unit such as gears, motors, eccentric weights, chains and bearings, there is absolutely no maintenance and no down time for process industries. The vibratory tray is heavily fabricated duly stiffened with angles. Wear resistance plate can also be provided in the tray for varying abrasive materials.
