Horizontal linear motion screens operate on high forces owing to the flat bed design of screen. The screens are considered highly efficient as it offers maximum probability for material passage through openings and also owing to high retention time of material over the screen.

The vibrating screen consists of screen box, supporting device, vibration exciter, transmission part. The barrel-type vibration exciter is installed in the middle part of the machine. During normal operation, the vibration of exciter will drive the screen mesh fixed on the screen box vibrate, and then materials will be screened.

Circular Motion Screens are operated either by a mechanical exciter or two unbalance motors. In both cases rotation in opposite directions creates linear vibration. Linear motion screens are very high performance machines, in terms of capacity and efficiency. They have a low inclination which varies between 0 degree and 15 degree. The drive is a combination of high amplitude and low frequency of vibration.
