Compression of Air: Our company supplies advanced air compressors taken from the international market to compress the atmospheric air. Thereafter; the air is sent for purification. Purification of Air:The compressed air comprises of impurities like CO2 and moisture. These impurities get removed in the process before cooling. Cooling of Air: The purified air needs to be cooled down to temperature about 15 to 20 degree centigrade. Thereafter; it becomes ready to separation. Separation of Air: The cool and purified air reaches to the process where air gets separated before being filled in tanks. Filling Tanks/Bottles: It is the last step, where the liquid nitrogen gets filled in tanks and bottles and distributed to end users.

Liquid Oxygen Pump is a single acting piston pump. It is used for filling in Oxygen into Cylinders upto a pressure of 155bar (kgs. cm2). We design the pumps in order to avoid the leakages. In fact, leakage must also be carefully controlled or diminished to very low helium leak rates as oxygen seems a fire hazard. While manufacturing the products, we do not compromise with the quality. The pump is designed for assembly in air separation unit that works by pumping liquid Oxygen and gasifying the same in Heat Exchangers for final filling as gas in Cylinders. Control of liquid feed is not necessary, because the pump is designed in accordance with the plant size and the liquid produced is constantly pumped off.

Oxygen is a colorless, odorless and tasteless gas that supports life and combustion. All elements, except rare gases, react with oxygen, over a wide range of temperatures, to form oxides. Oxygen is 1.1 times heavier than air and is slightly soluble in water. Oxygen is present in the atmosphere at a concentration of 21.0%. Oxygen is recovered from air in an Air Separation Unit (ASU) where it is drawn off as a cryogenic liquid at about -298°F. Oxygen can then be distributed as a cryogenic liquid or as a gas in cylinders. Oxygen can also be generated onsite, using various techniques.
