A shaft whose both ends are provided with eccentric cam and one worm wheel is keyed at one end. By turning worm wheel cam at both ends operate similarly. On the both cams pull rods are fixed which passes through eye of the arms, which as they operate move up and down make the movable roller move away from or nearer to rigid roller. The eye of the above armrest on springs, which provide elastic cushioning for moving roller in case some foreign solid body enters into rollers, should pass without causing much damage. The worm wheel is provided with locking arrangement to keep gap constant during operations. The scale drum to indicate the gap between rollers is suitably mounted on worm wheel. This arrangement enables to make finer adjustments from outside without stopping the millSifter –A sifter has been provided in between dehusking roller and endosperm crushing roller.
