Metalized Films Jindal Poly Films Ltd commenced the first metallizing production in January 2003 using sophisticated technology. We have world class Metalizers from Applied Materials, Germany. Metallized BOPET Films are used for Flexible, packaging, metallic yarn, sequins for textiles, decoratives etc. Metallized BOPP films are used for flexible packaging, gift wraps and decoaratives. The thickness of films ranging 10 micron- 150micron, the max width is 2850mm, and min width is 210mm that can be slitted into different sizes as per customers' specifications. All metallizers are equipped with plasma treatment facility, amongst the first in India, to increase the shelf life & barrier properties. The metallizers are capable of delivering pinhole free metallizing for the metallic yarn segment.

Our focus on our customers’ needs led to the development of our range of barrier films. These films provide solutions for two of the biggest challenges the packaging film industry is facing:[b] reducing packaging material consumption through laminate rationalization.

Our Metallized and Holographic papers are manufactured by transfer process in which we use very sophisticated techniques and formulations to make it more effective for our customers and make the metallized surface compatible for printers. Our unique formulation of transfer films for transfer papers contains components which meet the required criteria of sustainability and unique effects.

Metallized films are produced by a thin layer of aluminum deposition on the top of the BOPP or BOPET films. The films that look silver in appearance enhance the aesthetics as well as the barrier properties of the film, making it more suitable to use into the packaging to improve the shelf life of the product. Generally, metallization is preferred on a treated surface to have good adhesion with metal. The metal deposition measurement is done by the optical density level which in turn gives different barrier levels. Chiripal Poly Films ltd makes food grade BOPP and BOPET films in accordance with EC and FDA regulations. Specific document and material safety data sheet for the film grades are available on request.

Kabra Plastics manufactures metalized polyester from 12 mic to 150 mic. Being equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art machinery from GENERAL VACUUM, UK for vacuum Metalizing, we have the capacity to metalize any plastic film paper board from 8 microns upto 350 microns thickness, with an optical density range from 2.2 to 2.8 Our metalizers ensure high gloss & uniform aluminum deposition on the plastic substrates and papers. We can offer metalized polyester upto width of 2250mm.The thickness can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements. Other than this, we have all popular Holographic pattern in our Holographic Paper range which is acceptable worldwide. Not only the regular Holographic designs, Rasik Products Private limited also has the facility to provide customized solutions to their customers in the form of Customized Holographic Paper. Our Metallized and Holographic paper has no limitation of inks for printers and converters and they can use any type of inks on it. Our metalized and holographic paper is available in Jumbo rolls and sheet form which don't have problems like curling and loss of moisture.

Our Metallized & Holographic Paper & Board is manufactured by advanced transfer process in which we use very sophisticated techniques and formulations for printing by any process. Holographic paper and board stock enhances your product packaging, advertising and displays with distinctive and eye-catching graphics. Metallised paper is coated one side in a metal substance. Its wet strength traits and low grammage (60-80gsm) make it ideal for bottle labels.

SPARSHPET-MH-BB is Biaxially Oriented Vacuum Metallized film with enhanced high barrier and high gloss properties.The base film is used one side corona treated.Metallize can be done on corona treated or non treated surface. The film posses good mechanical,surface & thermal properties. Metallized film is Suitable for flexible packaging application like snaks,chips,extruded foods&Tea etc.
