A special zero corrosion PT 100 sensor is incorporated in the touch screen. It also has 8 function keys, a 3M flash memory and provides a USB host for a USB flash drive. It simulates a weather condition that initiates coating in normal working condition. The conditions inside the chamber are accelerated, which is why the behaviour of specimen can be assessed in short span of time. Rust testing Korrox III Model is the advanced version of the salt spray tester and is loaded with many features that simplifies the testing. It comes with glass wool insulation to maintain the temperature inside the chamber intact. It has silicon bags to retain the heating and uniformity of the temperature. It comes with an external reservoir tank to ensure the non-stop operation of the machines. The capacity of the tank is up to 60 litres. It has a tower style atomiser with baffle top for the uniform fog distribution inside the chamber. It is always advised to keep the salt fog test chamber in the ideal laboratory conditions for the best results. Apart from that while performing the salt mist corrosion test, the sample should not be placed too close to the walls. Otherwise, it would give uneven observations. Mist Chamber, Relative humidity is maintained artificially at high level with the help of mist installations, which spray water under pressure. Fog formation induces rooting and acclimatization. High relative humidity facilitates better root initiation and cooling effect prevents the cutting from drying out. This method results in faster rooting of the cuttings, create optimum microclimate for better root initiation and development and higher success rate in propagation of hard wood cuttings. Temperature and humidity control in the mist chamber is effected through automated control systems.
