These are usually rigid or semi-rigid and manufactured by affixing the fabric or polymer to a central core. Cartridge filters are disposable and are easily replaceable thus preferred widely over other filtration plants. Further, these are typically housed in a pressure vessel and can be used either individually or as an array of cartridges in a vessel.

Water from Natural Sources contains suspended colloid. The conventional sand filter, multi grade filters are used to remove suspended matters in raw water. The activated carbon filters are used for removal of colour, order and free chlorine content of water. In effect, raw water with micron size un-dissolved matters should be passed through Micron Cartridge Filter. The water filtration process involves the flow of water via a granular bed of filtring sand or another suitable media. The water to be filtered flows at a low speed. The media (the filter) retains most of the solid matters and let the water pass through it. The process of filtration is generally repeated to ensure sufficient removal of unwanted particles in the water.

In this Unit, a Magnetic Sealless Pump of higher capacity is coupled with a Chamber of Polypropylene. The Filter Media consists of 4 nos of Filter Cartridge of 20” length. Unit is mounted on Trolley. Different combinations of Cartridge size & Qtys can be offered with suitable Pump capacity based on Customers requirement.
