This is used for all paint baking application including powder coating. The size shall depend on the size of the job used for baking. The temperature varies from 80 to 180 deg c.

Temperature level of oven chamber varies from 80 deg C to 180 deg C. We procure premium quality basic components in production of these ovens. In a conventional Convection type Oven the air inside the oven, the panels and the entire component is heated to the required temperature. In the process there are attendant heat losses and enormous amount of energy is consumed in direct proportion to the size & weight of the components, the oven etc. Subsequently, the component needs to be cooled to be able to be handled. The heat dissipated is released into the shed which again needs to be extracted out into the atmosphere.

Oven can be used for water drying or paint baking or powder curing. For water drying normally oven inside temp is set to 110oC. For paint baking normally oven inside temp set in between 120 to 140oC. or powder curing normally oven inside temp set in between 180 to 220oC.
