Mag Tools Paper Band Filter unit is fabricated in steel. This entire unit is fixed on a coolant tank with a pump to supply coolant to the machine. The filtering paper is spread over an endless stainless steel mesh conveyor which is connected to a geared motor. this uniquely designed conveyor prevents overflowing of the liquid and the full width of the filtering paper is used. the movement of the filter paper is controlled by a float switch which actuates the geared motor. The powerful magnetic drum driven by a heavy duty geared motor designed to run continuously. OPERATION The contaminated coolant liquid is first passed through the magnetic filter which separates almost 95% of the ferrous particles. The liquid further passes through filter which paper where all the nonferrous particles like grinding grit, stainless, brass or aluminum are filtered. As the porosity of paper gets filled up due to accumulates the liquid level rises. This triggers the float switch which starts the geared motor and fresh paper from the reel is pulled forward automatically. Now the liquid passes through the fresh paper and float switch shuts down the geared motor. If required a push button switch may also be used for manually operating the geared motor and to bring the fresh paper forward. Our Paper Band Filteris universally deployable felt filter unit for the separation of hard substances from aqueous mediums. The Paper Band Filter consists of two circular disc wheels duly mounted on central pipe connecting to hollow shaft. This keeps rolling on honey comb belt on the disc axis. Filter media is allowed to pass between disc and the honey comb belt with no relative motion. So perfect sealing is achieved for zero leakage and efficient filtration. The dirty coolant is allowed to enter through the centre hollow shaft having multiple pouring slots inside for uniform distribution over the filtration bed. Good hydrostatic head results in building up of dirt layer cake with itself, which enhances the filtration efficiency.

“Sepro Compact Band Paper Filter” is an endless sturdy metal-jointed band conveyor, fitted to form a semicircular loop between two rotating disc wheels. The filter paper is inserted between the Disc Wheels and the tensioned conveyor. The medium to be filtered is introduced into the tank through the central inlet pipe. By positioning the pipe centrally, the medium to be filtered can be received directly from the machine by gravity into the filter unit. The structure does not require a lift pump.
