Pilot Controlled Check Valve  Pilot Controlled Check Valves These check valves allow flow in one direction and prevent flow in the reverse direction, until operated by pilot pressure to allow free reverse flow. The specified cracking pressure is required to open the valve to allow free flow direction

Application: For use with open or tandem center valves. Permits free flow of fluid in one direction. Operation: Flow is blocked in opposite direction until pilot oil pressure is applied. This prevents the loss of pressure if the valve is inadvertently shifted or the pump line is broken. Minimum cracking pressure is 60 psi. Required pilot pressure is approximately 16% of checked system pressure.
