We are manufacturing pnumatic vibrators, gantry vibrators, shutter vibrators. It work on a pnumatic principal,air is connected from a connection nipple provided, and its fitting is designed in a pendulam shape, to meet the problems of fittings in interior, by this fitting the craddle is welded on a gantry shutter and with the help of pendulam shape I bolt, the vibrator is easily instaled in any interior places also on a welded cradle plates. Then air connection is connected in a nipple provided then it gives a trimandous shake to full shutter,which helps in pooring of concrete to each an every portion of shutters.

They are used to compact concrete, empty bins and as drives for conveyors, sieves and vibrating tables. A special feature is the ruggedness against strong varying loads. There is no danger of overload. Design and functioning principle The vibration (circular) is produced by eccentric rotating rotors. The frequency and herewith the centrifugal force are continuously adjustable by the operating pressure. For operation a control valve is required (Not included in scope of delivery).
