SMARTsaa offers mini point level switch for effective sensing of plastic granules in hopper. This switch is provided with coat guard circuit which makes it immune for sticky deposition on the sensor face. This unique feature is first time added in small housing of capacitive proximity switch. Switch provided with teach function. User can teach the switch not to sense when small dust is deposited on the sensing face. Same sensor can be used for sensing level of liquid, powder, plastic granules The switch works on capacitance principle. When material comes in front of the switch, the dielectric constant changes and when specific level reaches, the switch operates and output signal is produced.
