C.I. Polypropylene (PP) Lined Diaphragm Valve in Place of Rubber Lined Valve: Drillinhg of the Flanges will be as per DIN STD No-10. Valves will withstand most of the chemicals at 100 C, Continuous Temperature. Valves will be hand wheel operated, Flanged Ends, along with rising spindlewithout rising spindle. Body: Cast Iron IS: 21093, Grade FG 200 with Polypropylene (PP) Lined.

FRP : Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics, also known as GRP, or Glass Reinforced Plastics) is a modern composite material of construction for chemical plant equipment like tanks and vessels. Chemical equipment that range in size from less than a meter to 20 meters [1] is fabricated using FRP as material of construction.   We manufacture the FRP tanks used for water storage, electroplating, powder coating, chemical’s storage and vessels for chemical reaction. The behavior and the properties of the tanks depend on the grade resins used for fabrication purpose. Our high-grade resins withstand strong woods and high temperature. Reinforcement will be designed according to the size and shape of tanks. We also manufacture PVC/PP tanks re-enforced with FRP lining. The thickness and shape are developed as per the requirement.  

Pipe materials for pipe spools shall conform to one of the material specifications described below in accordance with the customer's piping specifications : • Mild Steel Pipes as per IS 1239 Medium Heavy duty upto 150 NB & above 150 NB as per IS 3589, 5.00 MM Thick KS D3507 SPP or D3562 SPPS, ERW pipe • Carbon steel pipe, ASTM 53 Gr.B or ASTM A106 Gr.B ERW and seamless pipe, size from 1 to 16 Other required pipe materials such as API pipe, stainless steel or alloy steel pipes would be available to meet service conditions and should be referred to us
