We are offering poppet damper / icbd. The bypass damper is used in between heat exchanger and bag filter or esp. If the gas is not suitable to go in to the bag filter for any cause, then their must be a way to put the gas out to the chimney, to protect the filter bags. Because the filter bags are made to persist a certain temperature, if that exceeds, the bags may get damaged. The suitability of the gas depends on the temperature of the gas. If the gas becomes low or high from a certain temperature then we use the bypass damper to bypass the gas.

Diagonal brace dampers are available in output levels of 2,000 pounds to 2,000,000 pounds force, with strokes of up to 6 inches. Base isolation dampers are available in output levels of 100,000 pounds to 2,000,000 pounds force, with strokes of up to 120 inches. Standard output for both product lines is linear, where force is proportional to velocity. This allows damping levels as high as 50% of critical, offering truly dramatic seismic stress reduction in any structure. Optional output functions are available, including low damping exponents from 0.3 to 0.9, and relief valve damping offering an essentially flat response above a specified velocity limit. Special fluidic orificing can be supplied to allow thermal movement with minimal resistance while providing lockup for seismic events, thus creating a Force Transmission Device from this product line. For unusual seismic applications, adaptive or semi-active controls can be incorporated into any Taylor Seismic Damper. These products also have non-seismic applications as wind dampers on tall buildings, bridges and other structures.

The Poppet damper resembles a globe valve, with a short lift directly from a circular port. It finds application primarily in baghouses. The seating must be tight, and an anti rotation guide for the disc spindle makes certain that the disc seal surface will repeat its positioning on the seat at each closing. Poppet Dampers are ideal for applications that require quick cycling time and tight shut-off. Poppet dampers provide isolation capabilities for bag house applications and incineration systems. Poppet dampers are used for multi-directional airflow control. Poppet valves employ a seal disc that is capable of extremely rapid actuation and used in critical gas ducting applications that require rapid diversion or isolation of gasses.
