Highlights of the RED LINE Electric Powder Curing Ovens RED LINE offers a range of powder curing ovens - from laboratory sized ovens of 18" x 18" x 18” (0.45M x 0.45M x0.45M), box batch ovens, 0.9M x 0.9M x 0.9M to 6.0M x 2.0M x 2.0M and beyond and tunnel ovens. All RED LINE powder curing ovens are customized to individual needs. RED LINE powder curing ovens are available with electrical heaters as the source of heat energy for small to medium sized box batch ovens. Electrical ovens are available for a wide range of specified power supply voltages - 110 to 440V AC at 50 Hz or 60 Hz in single phase or three phase configuration. Temperature control is through a Digital Temperature Controller (cum-Indicator). Temperature range upto 2500C (4800F) available. Higher temperature ovens are also available on request.

These ovens are specially designed for curing of powder on the metallic parts. After powder coating, the product is hanged on the trolley and then it is pushed inside the oven for the curing process. The working temperature of these ovens is from 180 to 220 degree C. The standard sizes range from 75 cu ft to 500 cu ft. The panel is mounted on the side of the oven or can be a stand alone panel.   Product Description Construction: The oven is made out thick gauge mild steel sheets from inside and outside. The structure is properly welded and re-enforced where ever necessary. Insulation: The body is insulated with 125 MM of mineral wool to minimize the heat losses during operation. Paint: The oven is given enamel finish from outside and high temperature aluminum paint from inside. Choice of Air circulation: Horizontal or Vertical Trolley: Each oven is accompanied with one set of trolley which can be accommodated inside the oven. The trolley is made of heavy duty angle iron structure having the provision of hanging arrangement. Shelves made out of M.S angles and wire mesh can also be provided at an extra cost.
