As said for Monoblock pumps Maac Turbo chemical monoblock polypropylene pumps MTPM series is an essential member of our MT series and its Characteristics plays highly versatile in vast applications. Our polypropylene monoblock type is tough and chemically un reactive. It can operate at high head and capacity. Same like MTCM series. Monoblock pumps have the advantage of avoiding transmission losses and hence can operate at 10% extra efficiency. The pump is designed to deliver highly efficient results, consumes less power and is very balanced in operations. MTPM pumps are excellent for transferring and loading chemicals like sulphuric acid, sodium silicate, nitric acid, caustic lime liquid, etc. It is well working for pickling line and scrubber applications since they are highly efficient. It can with stand high temperatures and pressures. And hence this high capacity operation pumps in fuel handling tasks, processing and separation. STRYKER SERIES PP MONOBLOCK PUMPS are in horizontal single end suction monoblock design. PPC series process pumps are supplied with mechanical seal/gland packing arrangement covering 85% of the chemical industries requirement. The pumps are manufactured from polypropylene copolymer-a chemically inert thermoplastic by the use of an exclusive moulding process. This pumps give you unusual protection against highly corrosive chemicals. The solid molded casing and impeller ensure a smooth running pump for long life and a minimum of wear. all pumps, shafts are fitted with sleeves of different materials compatible with the liquid handled. Features & Design: Double mechanical seals available for clogging material application. Size available to handle flow from 1 m3 to 100 m3 per hour. Allows high working temperature upto 70 oc. Designed to strictly restrict any chemical absorption into the interior section, hence allows change over of chemicals without contamination, just by flushing the pump properly. Can be used for continuous or intermittent service. Less costly, yet can handle a wider range of chemicals than any special alloy pumps. All metal parts are protected with chemical grade epoxy coating. Choice of threaded or flanged fittings available. Non-metallic sealing elements ensures freedom from metallic contamination. Gland System : High Allumina Ceramic Sleeve provided.
